We’ve recently enhanced the feedback submission process within our Core application to make it even easier for you to share your suggestions and track their progress. Here’s a quick overview of the key improvements:

New Features

Record a Video with Your Feedback

You can now record a short video directly from the feedback form to help us better understand your ideas or issues. This option is available alongside the usual text submission field, allowing you to visually demonstrate your feedback if needed.

Track Your Feedback Submissions

You can now view all your submitted feedback and track its status in real-time. This makes it simple to see what’s happening with your suggestions.

Feedback Status Updates

As your feedback moves through the review process, you’ll be able to see its current status, which will be one of the following:

• Submitted
• In Review
• Planned
• On Hold
• Delivered
• Closed
