We're excited to announce the latest feature to our Core application: Client Rates! This new feature allows for access to consistent client and matter rates ensuring all calculations and billing are consistent across the organisation, increasing efficiency and transparency and ease of maintenance.

What's New?

With the Client Rates Screen, you are now able to view and edit client and matter rates, check why the rates are set as they are through the use of billing notes, see in a clear and concise way how many of our clients are on each service plan and much more!

View clients and matters

You can now track client and matters rates and search for specific ones through the use of the new search and filtering options. The Client Rates screen will also notifiy you as to which clients and matters are on a non-standard rate through the use of red highlights to help easily decipher between the two.

Billing notes

Billing notes allow for you to in input context for both clients and individual matters in case there are specific rates or rules that need to be made note of. These will help with transparency in terms of why certain clients have been granted discounted rates and when these discounted rates apply.

Editable plans and rates

Clients and matters can now be edited in Core so changes of the plan they are on or if certain matters need to be billed on a different plan can be done seamlessly and integrate with Core instantly.

We encourage you to watch the demonstration video below, which shows off all the new features of the Client Rates screen.
