If you find Outlook is hanging or there are delays when opening matters through the DMSForLegal app you may need to enable "Cache"
Under the DMSforLegal tab click "Options"
Under "Sharepoint sites" ensure that "Use cache" is ticked.
Click Ok.
If the cache is already enabled please try using "Clear Cache" to reset the cache. In both instances Outlook will need to be restarted for the changes to take effect.
