Sharing Assistants on Harper Assist

You now have the ability to share custom assistants you’ve created with your team. This ensures a consistent and unified experience, while retaining all your assistant’s customisations and predefined instructions.
Key Benefits:
  • Promote collaboration within teams by sharing tailored assistants for specific workflows or tasks. 
  • Avoid duplication of effort – customise an assistant once and share it seamlessly among peers. 
  • Ensure consistency in responses and support across your team. 
How It Works:
  • Go to your assistant’s settings and select the “Share Assistant” option. 
  • Specify the team members you’d like to share it with. 
  • Shared assistants will retain all configurations, including custom instructions, for team-wide alignment.
