Uploading documents on Harper Assist

Created by Callum Heap, Modified on Thu, 3 Jul at 11:56 AM by Callum Heap

You can now upload documents directly into Harper Assist, supporting all common file types, including txt, Word, Powerpoint, Excel and HTML . This feature allows your assistant to process and reference the information within the uploaded files seamlessly. Whether you need a document summarised, a comparison of two files, or assistance tailored to specific content, Harper Assist has you covered.
Key Benefits:
  • Save time by uploading multiple file types for instant analysis.
  • Ask questions directly related to your uploaded content, reducing back-and-forth.
  • Greater accuracy thanks to expanded document context processing.
How It Works:
  • Documents can be uploaded using drag-and-drop functionality or through the “Upload Document” option in Harper Assist.
  • Queries can be directed at the specific uploaded file (e.g., “Summarise this document” or “Compare Document A to Document B”).
